Comprehensive Consulting Trains Local Teachers on Business Planning through the HIRED Program
Mollie Watkins, Founder of Comprehensive Consulting Solutions for Small Businesses partnered with the H.I.R.E.D. (Helping Individuals Reach Employment Dreams), a local non-profit whose mission it is to create linkages between area employers and students to advance their career knowledge and goals.
This is done by working directly with businesses, industry leaders, post-secondary educators, and high schools in order to serve the students and expand their exposure to career choices.
On May 31, 2023, Mollie volunteered her time to provide training to local educators on Business Planning so they could incorporate the material into their lesson planning for their students. The Training was designed to teach the recipients about Business Planning, the importance of it as a valuable tool for the starting of a business development and how it acts as a road map once the business is up and running.
Mollie Watkins, an Accredited Small Business Consultant, worked in fortune 100 companies for 15 years prior to establishing her consulting firm. Her consulting agency focuses on providing small business owners consulting and coaching services to increase operational efficiencies and maximize profit.
By assisting small business owners with analyzing operations, marketing, recruitment and retention issues, staff training, sales strategies, revenue projection and growth, customer satisfaction and business planning the goals of maximizing operations and profits are achieved.
