Mollie Watkins, an Accredited Small Business Consultant® and founder and CEO of CSS, has previously remotely taught sessions in their training program and will now be providing mentoring to area entrepreneurs for the next year. This year long commitment involves working with a cohort of entrepreneurs and other area mentors weekly for the first 3 months, remotely and in teams, then monthly for remaining 3 months of the program.
This support is designed to provide guidance and expertise to help the participants develop and grow their businesses. The entrepreneurs also attend weekly classes during the quarter of the program aimed at business development and growth. Mollie feels that “Establishing a relationship and guiding these young entrepreneurs toward success so rewarding. I like to share my business knowledge and experience to help others. I feel I am giving back to our community and making a difference”.
EforAll has been providing support to nationwide entrepreneurial communities since 2013. Their focus is to help under-represented individuals successfully start businesses. They have helped to launch 1,100 Start-ups and created 1,734 jobs nationwide as of 2021. This year-long program in NWA is provides invaluable training and mentoring support and critical knowledge for entrepreneurs. It provides a concrete foundation from which a small business can succeed and develop a network of support in the NWA business community.
