Today, Alignable’s network of over 8 million small business owners has chosen Mollie Watkins of Comprehensive Consulting Solutions for Small Businesses as Fayetteville, Arkansas’ 2024 Businessperson of The Year!
Mollie Watkins has won this award for four years in a row - she has been the Fayetteville Businessperson of the Year in 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024!
A total of 5,171 local winners were elected all across the Alignable network, which is 1,421 more winners than in 2023.

This contest took place between January 8th and February 23rd and garnered 309,000 votes- 83,000 more than in 2023- and 64,000 testimonials which will be added as permanent recommendations on the recipients’ Allignable profiles.
Watkins received a special badge on her Alignable profile to recognize this big win. In past years, the awareness generated through similar contests has spurred expanded connections and new business for many winners. “Fayetteville’s community means a great deal to me and, like many of my peers, I have gladly helped my fellow small business owners through our volunteer work,” said Watkins. “I am beyond honored to receive this award and very grateful for the heartwarming support from my peers. Along with winning Local Businessperson 2024, Mollie Watkins also walked away winning Community Supporter 2024! This award was given to her for her proven support of those within the community and network. “In our local business community, we look out for each other and refer businesses down the street or around the corner to help make everyone in town as successful as possible,” said Watkins.“ And the challenges we’ve all encountered have compelled many of us to offer counsel to peers fighting to keep their businesses afloat. While I’m thrilled to receive this award, it’s really a testament to our entire community.” These badges have been proven to attract referral partners and new business to those who have won them.
